It is one of the smallest, full-scale travel guitars on the market and by far the most versatile. Since 1992 this flagship model has featured our famous detachable lap-rest and private listening Stethophone which allows players to hear themselves using the same physics as a doctor's stethoscope, which means it's battery free!. Packing an acoustic piezo and electric single coil pickup, the Pro-Series can be any guitar you want it to be. It weighs less than four pounds and is a mere 28 inches in length. Any guitar string you chose will work. The Pro-Series comes equipped with D'Addario EJ15 Phosphor Bronze Round Wound Extra Light Acoustic Strings.
Each guitar comes with an extra thumbscrew that doubles as a strap pin.
Pro-Series has a fully adjustable vintage style truss rod, with easy access through the endcap.
Pro-Series has a standard 1/4 in. output jack on the lap rest that is used when wanting to amplify your guitar. You will have the options of volume control as well as blending the acoustic and electric pick-up together.
The lap rest is held on by a solid brass thumbscrew and support pin. The thumbscrew makes it easy to attach and detach the leg-rest from the body.
Pro-Series comes with a standard single coil, in the bridge position, and a Shadow acoustic piezo pick-up under the saddle. You can switch between the electric and the acoustic pick-ups, or select both pick-ups at the same time and blend them together for a wide variety of tones.
Pro-Series comes with a heavy duty travel bag, Stethophone headset, extra thumb screw for strap attachment, allan wrench to adjust Stethophone, truss-rod wrench, owners manual, and warranty card.
